 * Yea turns out it was a server-side issue. I don’t remember what it was exactly,
   but basically if you can’t install updates and plugins from within your wordpress
   installation, then this problem will occur. Just fix that issue and this one 
   will magically resolve itself.

 * Just found out what it is: I recently installed PDO MYSQL extension on the server,
   and also had SOAP enabled. I disabled both and everything went back to normal.
   Support told me it’s a cPanel bug (I have no idea what it is).

 * yea you can only open regular tickets through that URL. I can see that I have
   priority support credits, but I can’t apply them.
 * Anyway if anyone can help me with why the menu on saudigamer.com (mobile version)
   not working I’d appreciate it

 * I couldn’t reach the developer, and I’m still having problems with the plugins
   so it’s not about the priority support only 🙁
