 * Thanks for the reply. I feel the solutions in the link provided may not work 
   if some config file, like .htacess, is changed – just renaming the plugin, for
   instance, definitely won’t work in this situation.
    Your last suggestion could
   help. It would be nice to have, at least, a systematic procedure to regain access
   to the login/admin page again. Thank you for creating the plugin!

 * OK, it works fine with the default Twenty Fifteen theme. Not a problem anymore,
   thanks.
