 * After trying many variations, I reset all settings in Events Manager to the defaults
   and restarted it. This worked. Thanks for the support.

 * Some errors listed, but its hard to say if it is directly related to the plugin.
   I will try different options.

 * I tested this with different sites and with different themes. It is not working
   with the Weaver II theme, but it does work with Twenty-Eleven.

 * Events Manager worked very well until the last update. Now we can’t edit existing
   events created in the earlier verion. We have to delete the event and republish
   a new one and even the new ones can’t be edited. Hopefully you can find a fix
   for this soon or I may have to find another plug-in.
