@sygnoossupport also you shouldn’t mark this thread as resolved. Nothing has been resolved. The pop-up doesn’t work – I’ve sent the requested files to your support through wetransfer and I’ve only gotten responses that say that someone will respond. No one has responded and the wetransfer link is going to expire.
@ketman thanks for the tip. We don’t want to annoy the website visitor by having pop-ups on every page so we are just looking for it to fire on the on the homepage.
Where do I send it to? You don’t have a contact email – do I reply in this thread?

thank you for your response. Just like @bluejeancorner I have also tried all the solutions presented and no result.
The page after clicking on the String Locator is just blank with no message or error.
Do you know what other solution I might try?

I have never used grep and even after a couple hours of google research, I am not sure where to start the search or when to enable the grep search. I was able to enable it on my laptop but that is as far as I got.
Our hosting is done through GoDaddy, if that is relevant.
If I understand it correctly, I could use a plugin like String Locator but that one does not work on our website for some reason.
That being said, I am still at the beginning with an unwanted GMT on the site.

I have exactly the same issue (except with 50 scheduled tasks).
Does it matter where in the wp-config.php I add the line?
My experience is very limited and I want to be sure nothing happens to the functionality of the web but also need to do a backup.

thank you for your quick answer. You are right, that was the icon I was referring to.
Do you think it would be possible to delete this icon? I have managed to do it in the “Inspection” mode but not sure how to make the change in the actual site code.
