I have Plesk, so I contacted the host and they said the Plesk equivalent of your suggestion is to create file called “. user.ini” with the following code: * memory_limit = 128M * I did that and I still receive the same error. I’m still stumped. Do you have any other suggestions? * I saw on your website that you offer premium membership for the Virtue theme.
