 * The Knowledebase Page Template was indeed selected, changed it to
    Full with 
   Template, and everything is fine now.

 * I just discoverd that when i am logged in (in the backend) the theme shows the
   category,
    when i am logged out it does not display it.

 * I updated the theme to version 7.5, and the category is back again.
    You should
   also have acces to the link now.

 * I did go back to the previous version of the theme, and there it does
    not show
   the categories.
 * I will leave it in this way for now (lack of time to solve this)

    I think

   in digits an in my own language (dutch)
 * `$a = new NumberFormatter( 'nl',NumberFormatter::DECIMAL );`
