Contact form calender does work for a user who is NOT logged in. Opposite occurs for logged in users. A recent backup would save the day. options-general.php looks after the general options page, but doesn’t save any data. So therefor it must be in the database. So you need access to your hosting providers control panel, download the database, try and locate where your site url is saved. Replaced it and finally import it back. If it sounds too daunting, you might want to invest some $$$ and get a professional developer to do it. So if its not there you can’t change it. My only other idea is that such information is stored in the database. Are you sure there is no backup?
