 * I finally was able to access the above link. After taking a look at all the changes
   required I understand why you did not post it here.
 * I was able to login by putting in the changes for just line 185, although the
   remaining changes (a lot) have to be applied for the blog to function properly.
 * If others are having the same problem and cannot access the site, I converted
   the page to a PDF file (14 pages long including comments). The PDF file can be
   downloaded from:

 * If running upgrade.php doesn’t work, you might want to check index/directory 
   services for your site. On a shared host, it may be accessed by the control panel.
   Specify index.php as a valid default.
 * I had the same problem. I have my site setup so that you cannot get a directory
   listing by just typing in the path to the directory (if an index or default page
   is not specified). I had to add index.php as a valid default.

 * I have been working on the same problem for two days. I tried the link but the
   connection continues time out. Is it possible for you to post the resolution 
   here?
