Did you find out how to create that page or did you discover a good plugin? I want create a website for my high school class, with wp of course, where friends can login to their personal page and create their photoalbum. Now have some problems with my Db, 16mb.. Probably it was not compatible and produced the white-page-problem. Unfortunately deleted all folders, now have just local backup. I have some good backup, so i’m going to restart server from zero: i will delete all files and all DB, with a new installation of 2.7. Then if it works will add the files, db, plugins, themes.
