 * I also faced this issue, But this is fixed as my XML file is currupted.
 * In my case it happened as my IP changed (while importing) and my file contains
   special characters. Also my feed contains items in multiple languages.

   below:
 * I want after completion of form and submitting information, page will be redirected
   to different pages. There are 1000+ pages on which submission of form I want 
   to redirect user to corresponding URL page.
 * URL would be pulled from XML feed.
