 * Yes I have many old plugins and themes . Such as i use twenty fifteen theme and
   why should I not to use them if I want to upgrade to php 8x?

    they are saying something use a lot of resources when a new
   post published.

    1 gb ram SSD 1 mb/s I/O 1 GB memory 1 cpu
 * The resource faults happens only after publishing a post, otherwise it is very
   rare in a day.

 * I’d like to import that thumbnail from that url (remote server) to my server
