 * I have the same issue
    Workaround is to disable the message from plugin. In file
   wp-content/plugins/woo-products-widgets-for-elementor/freemius/includes you can
   put lines 6981 to 7014 into comment, and this will remove the activation tag 
   which I consider to be a bug. Hopefully this will be solved in the next update
   of the plugin
