Tested Refunds, the website owner does refund through PayPal and I understand from you it’s better to do refunds through the website admin. I will tell him that, thanks for your advise! * On the live site I tested the “_PayPal API credentials_” like “_Live API username, password and Live API username_” were filled in. And the option “_IPN email notifications_” was selected in PayPal Standard. The option “_PayPal identity token_” field is empty. - New question: I have another web store where the “_PayPal API credentials_” and “_PayPal identity token_” are NOT filled. “Enable IPN email notifications” is selected.* My question is: Can Refunds work when “_PayPal API credentials_” are not filled in?In PayPal standard it says “PayPal API credentials are needed to process refunds via PayPal”. Refunds have been working perfect without these settings filled in for years on this web store. So I’m a bit confused,… hope you can tell me if the _PayPal API credentials_ are neededfor refunds to work. Thanks for your answer! * About “_Send shipping details to PayPal instead of billing_”. We have this option selected in all PayPal Standard installations. The description in PayPal standard for this option is as follows: “_PayPal allows us to send one address. Turning this option off may prevent PayPal Seller protection from applying._ “PayPal Seller protection sounds important but PayPal is not very clear when they say“ might prevent from applying”. As far as I can see the problem started in May 2019 after upgrading WooCommerce. * About the Grand Total excluding tax block not working in my tests.It seems that the Grand Total minus Tax gives the same one cent difference and “wrong” amount as the Vat base/subtotal block. I say “wrong” because we want to see the subtotal amount of €40,00 (not €39,99, €43,70 or €43,69). Please check the example order for 2 LP’s of 20 euro (subtotal 40 euro) plus Shipping costs total 12 euro. * PDF with Grandtotal ex. VAT and Vat base/subtotal blocks: 2x LP €20,00 (2x € 16,81+ VAT €3,19) = €40,00 Shipping €12,00 (€10,08 + VAT €1,92) = €12,00 **Incl. VAT 19 % €8,30 = correct Subtotal inc. VAT €39,99 = incorrect, should be €40,00 Grandtotal ex VAT €43,70 Vat base/subtotal (19 %) €43,69 * I don’t really understand how the Grandtotal ex.VAT and VAT base/subtotal are calculated but it’s not the 40 euro I was hoping to see,…. * I tested with Simple Premium template and Modernkopie (copied and altered template), the wrong numbers and subtotal showed up in both templates. * Please let me know if you need more information about this test. One last question, should the setting “Round tax at subtotal level, instead of rounding per line” be checked or unchecked?
