 * Oh wow that’s a ridiculous amount of image sizes, exactly why this was plugin
   was created.
 * Unfortunately it doesn’t seem that image size function records exactly where 
   it was registered so this would require a separate scanning function to scan 
   through the plugin and theme files.
 * I’ll play around with a few scanning techniques and let you know what I find 
   out.
