 * I figured this out. You delete the “Display:none” underneath the gallery caption
   in the mobile device section to get the captions to show up on your mobile devices.
   Also, if you want the captions to show up on your computer before you hover, 
   you need to change the opacity from 0 to 1. I changed my “hover” opacity to .
   75, so that it would look a little different when I hovered over it, but so that
   it would still be visible.
    Hope this helps someone else with the same problem.
