 * Yes, the top menu must be activated in the visual customizer in the section –
   Top part – Top menu (you need to uncheck – “Disable top menu”)
 * And also for correct operation, the location must be selected and the menu items
   must be filled in the main control panel section – Appearance – Menus
 * This menu works like this, in the PC version it is a drop down menu, and in the
   mobile version it is a burger.
 * You cannot enable the burger separately 🙂

 * Burger Menu is activated automatically when the screen size is small
   _For the
   top menu it is 700pxFor the main menu (mega menu) it is 860pxPlease note that
   if you simply change the window size in the browser, the burger will not appear,
   you need to reload the page.This is done specifically to save speed, so that 
   the mobile menu does not load constantly, but only on small screens.

   I’m sorry and I apologize for that.
 * If it’s still relevant..
   And you can see a lot of pagination settings in Airin
   Blog, but the number of pagination posts is customized through the settings of
   WordPress itself.This is under WP Control Panel – Settings – Reading – “Blog 
   pages show at mos”.
