Will the act of disabling and uninstalling the plugin have the effect of deleting/emptying the two files you mention or should I look at these separately? I changed browsers (from Edge to Chrome) and it now works – so sorry I didn’t think of that first! I normally work in Chrome but had forgotten I was looking at something else in Edge.
