Sorry, but after meeting with my client today I realize that my first question needs to be asked in a different way. We need the ability to automatically mark a class as full when it reaches a certain limit to prohibit future students from registering for it. You responded that we can set the limits on the number of times a form has been submitted. But the way our current system is, a form is submitted by a student that contains all the classes they want to sign up for, so counting form submissions really doesnt make sense. We need to keep track of the number of students enrolled in a class, and when the class reaches a limit we need to have the application automatically mark it as full. Can your app do this?
Thanks
OK thank you!
Great! Another question: how soon will the Manual Submission extension be available? My client needs the ability to manually add students, is it possible to do that now easily?
Wow, an unfortunate case to having to work around and hope for the best with the future release. Agree, it would be optimal if they made it hook friendly…and use cart data! Best of luck!!
Yeah, hopefully the support area can help out. But if it has been that long since the last update then it is likely abandoned.
Sorry for the new issue. I wish I could help you, but my knowledge of the plugin is minimal and I have not done any backend enhancements to it. Maybe there is a Woo app coder that could possibly help? Best of luck!
So funny!!! Yeah, it’s weird how the brain misses obvious stuff. Few years back my truck wasn’t starting regularly and was running rough. The mechanic kept working on it 3 days doing all kinds of computer testing and swapping out parts. Finally I asked him if he tried it with a new battery. Yep, that solved everything and he didn’t bother to charge me for all that needless labor.
Ahhhhh…great discovery! LOL if I had a nickel for every time I missed the obvious….
Have you reached out to R+L to see if they could add that functionality?
Use the developer tools in Chrome, I finally found it: jQuery(‘.wc-pao-addon-field’)
