 * This is Finnish and Russian
 * However, I understood the problem. This works if the localization files are placed
   in /languages/plugins/contact-form-7-image-captcha-fi.po
 * But it doesn’t work if the localization files are only placed in /languages/loco/
   plugins/contact-form-7-image-captcha-fi.po
 * But this is wrong!!! Since Loco Translate recommends /languages/loco/plugins/
   as a safe place

 * Yes, this fixed the problem on the test site, but still the problem is not solved
   on the other.
