 * Thank you for your response, there are multiple ports and services (eg. FTP) 
   blocked on the bank server for security reasons which don’t allow to add plugin
   and install the free license, we keep getting an “Error occurred adding a license”
   message,
 * we have managed to copy manually rules and other files in wflogs folder on the
   site ,
 * can you please guide us to debug Error occurred adding a license message
