 * **SOLVED:**
 * I took esmi’s advice and contacted my host. Here’s the solution that I got from
   them:
 * I had to upload the theme through the Bluehost File Manager.
 * I’m a complete noob, so sorry if this is common sense or simple to other people–
   hopefully this can help out other noobs like myself who encounter this problem
   for the first time.

 * **UPDATE:**
 * I removed Jetpack, Mojo Marketplace, and Hello Dolly, and now I’m able to access
   that page and that error message no longer shows up. However, when I try to upload
   a theme (Optimize Press), it seems to time out and I get this page:
 * “Are you sure you want to do this?
 * Please try again.”
 * If I click please try again, nothing happens, it just takes me back to the same
   screen.
