Figured out the fisrt problem – thanks, wordpress.org search! (solution is here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/css-remove-linked-image-underline)
I guess this is the same glitch. When posting an article from a wordpress blog to Facebook via sociable the links work all right but formatting is screwed up – half of spaces between words are gone, it makes that ‘catchy’ first paragraph almost unreadable.
Blog is in Russian, we use Cyrillic alphabet.
