This transaction also just showed status “new” with no other updates. * wordfence appears to be blocking bitpay. The live traffic page notes: “blocked for UA/Hostname/Referrer/IP Range not allowed” * It lists an IP, amazonaws.com hostname, and web URL ending in “wp-json/bitpay/ ipn/status” * I realize wordfence is a different product but perhaps you could advise specifically how to unblock bitpay. I see an “Add Allowlisted URL/Param” option with an ability to add a URL string (such as the one I entered above?), param type (such as query string, post body, etc.) and Param Name text box. On the individual order page for an order several days ago, there are no order notes at all. The top left of the order page does indicate payment was made by bitpay, but the status remains as pending payment a day or two after after payment was received and applied. The payment was successfully deposited to my account. * I enabled developer logging before this transaction but cannot find any logs.
