 * Hi,
 * Thank you for reaching out.
 * Currently, Tutor LMS does not have a built-in feature to display the lowest price
   from the last 30 days alongside the current course price.
 * If this functionality is required for compliance with EU regulations, it would
   need to be implemented through custom development or a third-party solution.

 * Hi,
 * Thank you for the clarification.
 * If no updates, imports, migrations, bulk edits, or synchronization actions were
   performed recently, then the behavior is certainly unusual.
 * For the course update dates, Tutor LMS itself does not trigger mass updates of
   course modified dates. Since WordPress stores the modified date at the post level,
   something on the site must have updated those course posts, even if it was done
   automatically in the background.
 * For the WooCommerce variation issue, since Tutor LMS does not officially support
   variable products, we cannot guarantee compatibility with that setup.
 * Best regards,

 * Hi,
 * Thank you for your feedback.
 * Regarding the first issue, Tutor LMS currently does not officially support WooCommerce
   variable products for course purchases. Courses are intended to be linked with
   simple products. If variable products were being used previously, the behavior
   may have been dependent on your theme or another customization, but it is not
   a supported Tutor LMS workflow. This would explain why WooCommerce is now asking
   for a variation selection before allowing the product to be added to the cart.
 * Regarding the second issue, Tutor LMS does not automatically update the modified
   date of all courses. If multiple courses suddenly show today’s update date, it
   is usually caused by another process updating the course posts in bulk, such
   as:
    - A migration/import operation
    - A synchronization plugin
    - A theme update process
    - A bulk editing action
    - A third-party plugin updating course metadata
 * Since the modified date is a WordPress post attribute, any operation that updates
   the course post can change the “Last Updated” date even if the course content
   itself was not manually edited.
 * Could you please let us know whether any import/export tools, synchronization
   plugins, migration tools, or bulk update actions were performed recently on the
   site?
 * Best regards,
 * Dip Saha

 * Hi,
 * Thank you for the detailed report and for sharing the example URL.
 * To properly investigate this issue at a deeper level, we recommend that you open
   a ticket on the official Tutor LMS support platform. Our engineering team can
   then review the API connectivity, certificate asset loading flow, and server
   response logs in detail.
 * Please include the following in your ticket:
    - Your site URL
    - Example affected certificate(s)
    - The broken asset URL you shared
    - Any firewall / Cloudflare configuration details (if applicable)
 * This will allow us to perform a more in-depth investigation and provide a precise
   resolution or workaround if needed.
 * Best regards,
   Tutor LMS Support Team

 * Hi Connor,
 * Thank you for identifying the cause and sharing the screenshot.
 * Since disabling the Yoast SEO Social Sharing features (Open Graph Data and X
   Card Data) allows the login popup to work correctly, this strongly suggests a
   compatibility/conflict issue between those Yoast modules and the JavaScript handling
   the Tutor LMS checkout login popup.
 * At this point, it would be worth reporting the behavior to the Yoast support
   team as well, since the conflict appears to originate from functionality added
   by those modules rather than Tutor LMS itself.
 * Thank you for helping narrow down the root cause.

 * [1 month ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/manual-course-payment/#post-18926107)
 * Hi Sam,
 * Thank you for reaching out.
 * Regarding the manual payment option:
    1. The manual payment method is intended to display payment instructions rather
       than a fully functional payment gateway. Because of that, hyperlinks may not
       behave as expected in some cases depending on how they are added.
    2. When using Manual Payment, students are typically granted access based on the
       order workflow configured for the manual payment method. Since Tutor LMS cannot
       automatically verify whether an external payment has actually been completed,
       it is not suitable when you need automatic payment verification before course
       access is granted.
 * If your goal is to collect payments via an external payment link and only grant
   access after confirming payment, you would need a custom workflow or manual enrollment
   process after verifying the payment.

 * Hi Connor,
 * Thank you for testing and sharing the result.
 * Since the issue disappears when Yoast SEO is deactivated, it does indicate a
   plugin conflict rather than an issue with Tutor LMS itself.
 * As a next step, could you please make sure both Tutor LMS and Yoast SEO are updated
   to their latest available versions?
 * You can also try temporarily disabling any advanced features/modules within Yoast
   SEO (such as schema, integrations, redirects, JavaScript-related optimizations,
   or other add-ons if installed) and test again to identify which specific component
   is causing the conflict.
 * Additionally, if you are using any caching or optimization layer alongside Yoast,
   please clear all caches after each change before retesting.

 * Hi,
 * Thank you for the detailed report and the testing you performed.
 * After reviewing the information you shared, the issue is related to WordPress
   Multisite compatibility.
 * At present, Tutor LMS does not officially support WordPress Multisite environments.
   Because of this limitation, issues such as incorrect user table references, database
   table creation failures, foreign key conflicts, and multisite-specific query
   errors can occur when Tutor LMS is activated on a network site.
 * The errors you shared (such as references to wp6c_2_users / wp6c_2_wp6c_users
   and foreign key creation failures) are consistent with the current multisite
   limitations.
 * For now, Tutor LMS is recommended for standard single-site WordPress installations.
   If your project requires a multisite architecture, we cannot guarantee stable
   operation or provide a supported workaround at this time.
 * We understand this may affect your evaluation for a multi-country deployment,
   and we appreciate your interest in using Tutor LMS.
 * Best regards,

 * Hi Connor,
 * Just following up on this issue.
 * Were you able to test after deactivating all non-essential plugins as suggested?
 * Could you please let us know the result? This will help us determine whether
   the issue is being caused by a plugin conflict or if we need to investigate further.
 * Looking forward to your update.

 * Hi Connor,
 * Thank you for the update.
 * Just to confirm, did you try deactivating all non-essential plugins and testing
   again?
 * While Beaver Builder cache could be a factor, plugin conflicts are a much more
   common cause of this type of issue. If you have not already done so, kindly deactivate
   all plugins except Tutor LMS, Tutor LMS Pro, and the required eCommerce plugin,
   then test the login link again.
 * Please let us know the result after testing.

 * Hi Connor,
 * This issue is usually related to caching or JavaScript conflicts on the checkout
   page.
 * Kindly try the following first:
    - Clear all cache (plugin/server/CDN/browser)
    - Temporarily deactivate your caching/optimization plugins and test again
    - Also try testing with all non-essential plugins disabled once
 * In many cases, aggressive cache or JS optimization prevents the login popup/action
   from working properly.
 * Please let us know the result after testing.

 * Hi,
 * Do you have any caching plugin or server/CDN cache enabled on the site?
 * If yes, kindly clear all cache or deactivate the plugin completely and then try
   the registration process again. Sometimes old cached JS/template files continue
   loading even after updating the overridden template.
 * After clearing the cache, please test again in an incognito/private browser window
   as well.

 * Hi,
 * This usually happens when the registration template override in your theme becomes
   outdated after updating Tutor LMS.
 * Since you are using the latest version, kindly replace/update the overridden `
   registration.php` file inside your theme folder with the latest one from the
   current Tutor LMS plugin version.
 * After replacing the file, the Terms & Conditions checkbox should appear properly
   again.
