 * That worked, but I had to remove the Approve New Users plugin for it to work.
   I noticed your suggestion worked with all the other drop-down selections made
   except for the “Approve Membership” one. The Approve New Users plugin was preventing
   the emails relating to account approval from being sent via UM. Thanks!

 * No, I have other emails activated in there including:
 * Your account is pending review
    Account Approved Email Account Deactivated Email
   Account Deleted Email Password Reset Email Password Changed Email Account Updated
   Email Account Needs Review Notification
 * I have an “Approve New Users” plugin to allow me to approve these.

 * I’ve already added that and it does not reflect the emails UM should be sending.
   It does show the WP emails letting the admin know of a new user registration 
   was sent. It also shows that the test email was sent successfully.
