 * Tar is just another Zip format. I’m not sure if WinZip unzips Tar files, but
I use WinRAR (you can find it on cnet here: [http://www.download.com/WinRAR/3000-2250-10007677.html?part=dl-winrar&subj=dl&tag=button](http://www.download.com/WinRAR/3000-2250-10007677.html?part=dl-winrar&subj=dl&tag=button)).
Just treat the tar file like a zip file. Same process.

 * Do you get this error when you access that script? If so did you download the
zip version of the script? I had this happen to me also, different error, but
all I did was download the tar version and that worked for me.

 * This error occured while I was tring to run upgrade.php
 * But! I found the problem I think. I used the .zip download at frist so after
a 3rd time of tring to delete all files and upgrade I downloaded the .tar file
and that seemed to have worked. Not sure if the zip file is missing a few things
or if I just got a bad download, but it works now. Thanks.
