 * Mystery solved. It looks like the forms don’t play nicely with Sucuri plugins
   hardening features!

 * Hmm, okay, just odd as nothing else has been changed in the last week as far 
   as I know and they were previously fine (I hadn’t checked on tablet though until
   today, hence originally thinking it was just mobile effected).

 * Scrap that, these fields are now showing on the desktop version of the site too,
   including a checkout options box at the top. It used to be fine so have the forms
   been changed as part of the latest update?
