Are there any console errors shown on the frontend of the website ?
It seems that PHP fetching is working correctly but javascript fetching is not.
As such there should be console errors showing reasons to why the data is not being fetched.
Additionally, please try using the Typesense cloud option to see if that works for you first.Forum: Plugins

The updated version of the plugin uses two settings.- Server-to-Server OAuth Keys for managing meetings (Create Update, Get Details, Delete )
- SDK App keys for join via browser settings.
As the SDK Keys can only be verified by using Join via Browser those settings are not verified when saving your credentilas.
Can you please verify that you’ve created and Activated your SDK App settings (Please do not add credentials on the support ticket). The documentation for SDK App keys is covered in https://zoomdocs.codemanas.com/setup/#setup-app-sdk-credentials
If you app SDK Keys has been correctly setup – then please check if your website is loading securely i.e https: if not JBH will not work. Additionally users are encountering issues with the iframe implementation of shortcode – please use no iframe option.

In reply to: [Search with Typesense] Not working, no resultsHmm – its really difficult to debug a self hosted server as each implementation could have a number of server specific configurations that might prevent it.
But since you’re able to do query the schema then it looks like query responses are working, additionally.
Two things i’d try first.
1. Turn on debug log as well as error log and try a delete and re-index.
2. If that doesn’t correctly index the Documents then maybe the collection hasn’t been created at all and I would try doing an index of the documents first.
Lastly – can you double check your shortcode to see if you’re only using the correct fields. The $fields array empty error shows that you’re trying to fetch the details that are not being retrieved,Forum: Plugins

This usually happens when the SDK APP keys have not been properly configured.

The docs are for Server-to-Server OAuth not OAuth – please make sure you are selecting the correct method.

Apologies for the delay, I tried out the code provided and it’s working for me as intended. I added the code to my child theme and as a user i was able to view the emails as a Shop owner too.
Are you adding the code directly to your child theme or some other reason ?

If you are using the latest version of the plugin you should be using new
Server-to-Server OAuth and SDK app type.Please go to https://zoom.codemanas.com/setup/ and follow the steps from there.
If you accidentally wrote JWT instead of Server-to-Server OAuth, then you can check the console messages for why there is an error being shown.

For join via browser to work the SDK App keys need to be properly defined.First please make sure
