I just realized that what used to be my favorite plugin on over 440 WP installations is not even functional on any of them! None of the workarounds above work for me and I’ve checked all the theme calls. Resolved. It was a plugin. * As usual, I can only resolve an issue by first asking for help. I deleted all plugins and the sites came back. Now I will start reuploading plugins one-by-one! All but 2 have worked fine. On those two I then deleted .htaccess and uploaded themes again. I have 150+ domains that use the same theme and when I tried it on a sandbox domain, it messed everything up.
