I really have no idea how. I even tried to replicate the problem, but it seems to have disappeared. Thank you so much for your support. In case it happens again, I will repost the problem. One was working and with the other 2 I had the problem described above. I tried everything including resetting plugins to reinstalling WP, but nothing worked. Then I realized that the 2 installations that were not working had the same admin name and same password. I changed the pass words using [phpmyadmin](http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-reset-a-wordpress-password-from-phpmyadmin/) and then it started working.
