The client had installed this and was having the issue. The problem was that I was missing the fact that I had to create a group first and then select that group from the dropdown when importing. I found that I had to go to “Edit Post Types” and select each CPT from the dropdown and save. This fixed everything. I just discovered the site was using an earlier PHP version( 5.2). I set it to 5.4 and it worked. You commented before I had a chance to update this thread.
