 * Hi Tara,
 * Okay so I believe I fixed it. I did some research and found another post where
   you mentioned with another user that “blank pages are usually PHP errors”. I
   went back through ALL the files I had initially edited with Notepad++ and found
   no inconsistencies. I also downloaded a new install of wordpress and compared
   the php files, no difference (Except obviously the config file).
 * In kind of a frustrating moment, I just decided to reinstall the WordPress by
   overwriting all the files from wwwroot, except for the wp-content folder and
   the wp-config file. Once I did that, it came back online, FULLY functional.
 * I am sorry for the multiple posts, but I figured I would update the ticket.
 * Thank you so much for your help and quick attention.

 * Hi Tara,
 * Okay, I had to take a crash course in MYSQL and was able to edit the appropriate
   table as illustrated in your dialogue.
 * Unfortunately, we cannot hit anything at all. When I go to the site:
 * [http://servername/wordpress/](http://servername/wordpress/)
 * Normally we could see the site, it just is blank completely.
 * When I try to go to [http://servername/wordpress/wp-admin](http://servername/wordpress/wp-admin)
   or admin or login
 * Blank. I restarted the server in hopes that it would come up, but it did not.
   Thoughts? Thank you again for your quick responses, you have been a life saver.
   Very swamped here at my office.

 * Hi Tara,
 * We own and run the server, it’s Windows and there is no hosting provider. Does
   that help?

 * Hi Tara, How do I access the database? Is there a guide to that? I am obviously
   not well versed with this.
