 * Thank God I was able to resolved it. It was cause by incompatible plugin ([RSS Poster](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/rss-poster/))
 * I used fileZilla to login and delete the plugin and when back to refresh the 
   page and everything is working find now.
 * I deleted it because it was my last plugin I installed but didn’t use it.
