 * Thanks esmi, but when I check I do not seem to have a .htaccess file in my domain’s
   root folder. I do use .htaccess to control access to client folders but these
   files are in the relevant sub folder. I have checked the files on the web server
   and can’t see one in the root there.
 * Is there anything else I should look at?
