We are experiencing it on the live site and need to resolve it as soon as possible. * We have two taxonomies in the media library. One is “Health Center,” which we use in other post types as well, and the other is “Document Type,” which is used exclusively for media. In the media library settings, I’ve set the custom taxonomy slug to “Health Center.” So whenever I try to assign any document type to any media, it automatically creates a new term in the “Health Center” taxonomy, which I’ve assigned as a document type.
