However, if you compare documents generated by their tool with comparable documents generated by local lawyers, you will find significant differences in our experience. Falls du dein Ghostery auf deinem einzelnen Computer explizit so konfigurierst, dass du ausschließlich auf deinem eigenen Endgerät den Cookie Banner blockierst, können wir darauf keinen Einfluss nehmen. Wir nämlich keine Kontrolle über die auf deinem Endgerät installierte Software. Dieses “Risiko” kann kein Cookie Banner ausschließen. * Der Browser des konkreten Besuchers ist uns nie bekannt. Dort kann nicht nur ein Adblocker, Cookie Banner Blocker oder Script-Blocker installiert sein, sondern auch z.B. JavaScript deaktiviert oder bestimme Scripts über eine Firewall gefiltert sein. In allen diesen Fällen muss deine Website DSGVO-konform bleiben. Deswegen ist Real Cookie Banner so designt, dass wenn das Cookie Banner aus welchen Gründen auch immer nicht geladen werden kann, einwilligungspflichtige Inhalte **nicht** geladen werden und du somit keine Datenschutzverstöße begehst.
