Real Cookie Banner currently implements the requirements of the EU legislator and the specialties of the German and Austrian legislator. Here – unlike in Italy, where you seem to come from – no cookie policy in the Italian sense is necessary. Therefore, Real Cookie Banner does not yet offer a cookie policy. * But you can add a modal in your WordPress backend under Cookies > Consent > Legal links via a shortcode, where your website visitor can view his current settings including all cookies at any time. * We have an official support for Italy on our roadmap for the coming months. In the course of this there will also be a cookie policy. Diese ist rechtlich kritisch zu betrachten. In Deutschland setzen diese viele Verlagshäuser ein, da die Rechtslage noch nicht endgültig geklärt ist. In vielen anderen Ländern der EU wurde bereits festgestellt, dass dies in den meisten Fällen nicht mit den Vorgaben der DSGVO vereinbar ist.
