 * This is not something edited through wordpress generally but via FTP. If you 
   need assistance with that matter is suggest contacting your webhost for further
   details.

 * I had this same issue, to resolve it open up the /wp-content/themes/lightword/
   custom_header.php file and remove the spaces in front of the <? at the beginning
   of the file.
