pra solucionar esse problema basta vc liberar as permissões de pastas do seu pc, no caso clicando em cima delas com o botao direito > obter informações > Compartilhamento e Permissões > cadeado > e mudar os privilegios para Leitura e Gravação

i reboot wp and the problem persist, but now when i will “connection information” happens:
Unable to locate WordPress content directory (wp-content).
Plugin not activated. A higher version of Apartment WP Paypal is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.
while i try install the same plugin

i understand and im talking with them, but time to they answer is too much, because the time zone… and i need resolve this soon, thanks for the answers and tomorrow i will do what t-p said
