 * Still opens in same window for me too. I guess the event listeners aren’t in
place properly? Interesten in any pointers.
 * Update: Moved rrssb.min.js to the footer and now it works fine.

 * Edit: It still happens, even though less often, even when the auto-sharing is
delayed by minutes. Any other things i can try?

 * Thanks for the fast reply. I’m surprised a delay needs to be set when “Let Facebook
fill the link info” is selected (in my case, it always has been selected). Maybe
the documentation should be updated, because my situation is placed under the“
exceptions”, ie not needing a delay to be set.

 * It updated automatically for me as well, it is documented that it does so. Even
though a notification in *any* of these threads from Next Scripts would have
been the professional thing to do.

 * Are you actually on 2.15.43 (not .42)? It came out on July 22nd. [http://www.nextscripts.com/updts/news/2014/07/new-google-api-2-15-43/](http://www.nextscripts.com/updts/news/2014/07/new-google-api-2-15-43/)
 * I agree that support sucks, the issue should at least have been acknowledged
before the silent update was issued. Just curious, did you open a ticket as well?

 * The new API version (2.15.43) has fixed this issue for me.

 * Hi,
 * I’m having the same problem, even though i’ve updated the API. “Plugin Version:
3.4.1 (API Version: 2.15.42) [Pro – Multiple Accounts Edition]”.
 * The logs show that the post has gone through (and it has) but there is no “attached
blogpost”. Can i provide any further information to help debug this issue?
 * Edit: I am catching some warnings, not sure if relevant

 * Wow, there is clearly something very wrong with you. Do i need to have a years
old acount with my personal information on and a full portfolio of sites with
your plugin installed to converse about an issue i’m having?
 * I’ve already told you i use your plugin on many of my sites, on every one that
people schedule posts. Of course i would like to have one less plugin if it is
at all possible, and i am willing to mess around with the real cron to achieve
this. I’ll try to restate my question for the third time, in hopes someone can
provide an answer, because clearly you feel threatened by this discussion: Assuming
a frequently running real cron job, will posts still miss their schedule, hence
   needing this plugin?
 * This is, after all what the plugin does; It checks every x minutes for any posts
that’ve missed their schedule and publishes them. But will they still miss their
schedule if a frequently running cron was in place?
 * Calling peope stupid is not nice etiquette. I don’t think you are allowed to
abuse wordpress.org this way, i’ve added the modwatch tag. Keep in mind that
support from the author is a differentiating factor in plugin selection, and
anyone can fork, re-package and re-upload your code and provide what you seem
to lack: first and foremost, manners.

 * I’m sorry, what?
 * If you don’t understand what i’m talking about i would appreciate it if you did
not constantly mark this as resolved, so that someone else could contribute to
   the discussion with their insight.
 * This is a support question, for a real problem. I want to know if this plugin
can cope (or if it is in fact needed at all) when a real cron job is running.
Have you looked into it and can you possibly provide an answer?

 * Rest assured, i’ve read all threads in this subforum, including the one you link
to (which has nothing to do with what i am asking).
 * Did you check the link i gave? It refers to replacing the WordPress built-in
cron by a regular cron job that runs at the operating system level.
 * Hence my question remains: “Assuming that this real cron job is set to run every
1 minute, will this plugin still be needed?”. And, if i may note, you shouldn’t
be so fast to mark things as resolved.
