I recommend you to use w3 total cache. Otherwise go gtmetrix.com and test your website. It will warn you minify your. js and .css and there is button below there ‘solution’ just copy there and change your files. If there is blank space in wp-config.php please remove them. * and check your index.php and do same thing as well. I will ask this issue in other forums. I thought the utc and local time are same. but not realised they are different from each other. my sitemap gets utc timezone not local time. thats why all my index’s timezone are wrong.
