 * “Problem with the DETC.nl site was caused by the DETC_ prefix (upper case letters)
   instead of wp_ prefix which was a separate part”

 * I have the same problem on DETC.nl , however on my other site’s Carmanscan.nl
   and SmokeWizard.nl this problem does not seem to appear (update 2.15 problem 
   is solved) I switched the DETC.nl site back to twenty-ten then removed MapPress
   and reinstalled. No succes (thought it might had to do with the Theme I am using)
 * In PhpMyAdmin I can see that the databases are present. Any solution?
