While you were quite adamant that the issue was with email clients I was not convinced so I went through some of the code and found the issue. On line 225 of front-end/recover.php you retrieve the users “user_nicename” to pass into the url as the query var loginName, then on line 353 of the same file you fetch that username and sanitize it, then you use it to match to the user on line 355. The issue is that you match the user in the table by “user_login” and not “user_nicename” which is the actual value you fetched to add to the url. Because “user_nicename” and “user_login” is not the same thing, in some instances no match is found and the user is then left with the error “Error! Invalid Key”. I updated line 355 to match using “user_nicename” and not “user_login”, the form now appears for all users. I then tried installing your plugin on a clean website with no other plugins and still the problem persists (@gabrielberzescu this is something you could have also done on your end without asking us to try). When using an email address the @ sign is removed from the recovery url and the dots (.) are replaced with dashes (-). From what i can tell your using a cache plugin which could cause issues when editing the original theme files. in order to get rid of the space, for the contact page hide the page title * `.entry-title, .entry-title a, .page-title {display:none}` That should get rid of some of the spacing. Then there is another plugin or part of the theme that appears to be adding more space, something creating wpzlb-layout class. If this plugin has settings page you can maybe remove spacing in there. * Hope this helps.. Using an FTP program login to the hosting account and rename or delete the theme colorway. You should then be able to log into the WP dashboard. * Hope this helps.
