 * Hi – just tried it again and all seems OK now – I think the database must have
   been temporarily discombooberated.

 * I have now disabled all gmail emails and that has stopped the scammer BUT that
   is no solution.
 * My preferred solution is PHP code to stop emails where first_name = second_name.
   I might be able to learn enough PHP to sort it – we shall see.
