 * In my case, I needed to go into my user accounts from the WordPress dashboard(
   users –> profile) and make sure that I was using the same email for the user 
   that I had on file with Gravatar.

 * I have minify options like
 * 1) combine only after head
    2) combine only after body 3) combine only before
   body
 * The plugin works with js minify completely disabled. Would choosing one of the
   above options help?
