Haha, wow, so simple! Yes, that did the trick! π Thank you very much.
Done, thank you! The developer who is handling this one will be happy with the screenshots I included. haha (it’s a nude photography website) But it will clearly demonstrate the issue. It looks like the lightbox has the correct ratio, but it’s not being “filled” the right way. Anyway, you’ll see it in the bug report. π

In reply to: [Auto Post Scheduler] Ignoring categoryJust to follow up on this one.
I did what John asked and bought the premium version. I received an answer within 6 hours and a working solution within 24 hours.
Awesome support! Well worth the money to buy the premium version.

In reply to: [Auto Post Scheduler] Ignoring categoryThat would be amazing. Yes, I would definitely upgrade for that workaround.
How can I best get the plugin to you? Is there an E-mail address I can reach you on?

In reply to: [Auto Post Scheduler] Ignoring categoryHi John,
So, the next post was automatically published, and again, it skipped all the posts in the “fans” section and published a “public” section.
I have a theory. My website has the “Ultimate Membership Pro” plugin. “Fans” posts are marked as “members only”. in the UMP plugin I have set the option to hide “Fans” posts for non-members.
Do you think this has something to do with it? And do you think there is a workaround? I am more than happy to buy the premium version if you are confident that this will fix my problem.
Kind regards

In reply to: [Auto Post Scheduler] Ignoring categoryThanks, I hope so. I’m going to post a fans post tomorrow manually, and then 2 days later, I will let APS choose the next one. It “should” be a fans post, since the 5 oldest posts are fans posts.
Fingers crossed! π

In reply to: [Auto Post Scheduler] Ignoring categoryThank you for your reply John. This is the latest one:
eligible posts WP_Query Array ( [posts_per_page] => 1 [cat] => 17,16 [author] => [post_type] => Array ( [0] => post ) [ignore_sticky_posts] => 1 [post_status] => Array ( [0] => pending ) [order] => ASC )
I checked, the oldest post was a “fans” post, but he still published a public post.
Now that I’m copy-pasting this code, it does seem he is only checking for pending posts, and I have changed that to “pending + drafts” 2 weeks ago and most posts are drafts now. Only a few are still “pending”.
So I hit the “update options” button now, to make sure. Maybe that will fix the problem and it was just a “fluke”. But in any case, when I open APS, both pending and drafts where checked.
I’m posing every 2 days, so I guess I will know in 2 days. π

In reply to: [Patreon WordPress] Thumbnails still visible, unlock does not workThank you for the reply, I really appreciate your time. Unfortunately, if I understand correctly, I would need to create a seperate post for every image then. I would have about 20 galleries, each containing 30 images. That would mean creating 600 posts. :-/
What I wanted to do is create a post, add an image gallery, lock every image to their own Patron level and if you are a Patron, you can click it and see the media file (so not in a post). If you are not a Patron, your would see a Patron login page. Like in my example (mix of gated and ungated content)
But thanks anyway, great support! I will still try and use this plugin in another way. Just need to rethink my pricing strategy and website structure then. π

In reply to: [Patreon WordPress] Thumbnails still visible, unlock does not workThank you very much, you were correct about the caching of my browser. So that fixes that.
However, for my other problem, your solution is for me to make the page exclusive for Patron users AND make the images exclusive for Patron users?
In my case, that’s not a workable solution. I need non-Patrons to see some free images, so they get interested in seeing the locked stuff.
So I deduct from your answer that linking to a mediafile, instead of to the attachment page, is indeed the problem?

In reply to: [Strong Testimonials] Hide header field in submission formOh ok, I’m having a “D’oh” moment now, of course! π Thanks a lot!

In reply to: [Strong Testimonials] Hide header field in submission formThank you for the fast reply Chris. I did find the tutorial already and you can do a lot, but I don’t find any information on hiding fields. I did find something about it not showing in the admin list. Is that what you mean? But that is only for custom fields, not post fields. It concerns the “heading” field.
So I want to hide the field in my submission form, but I want to edit and show the field in my testimonial. Is that possible?

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] Hide featured imageYES!!! That was exactly what I needed, worked like a charm, thanks man!
Ok, thanks for the quick reply. The default image option will not be a solution for me, because other grids should show the featured image (long story). I will try and find a workaround.
Thanks anyway. π
