I’m sorry for the slow reply as well.

Yes, I have to test it with localhost (MAMP PRO).

And test both PHP version 5.6 – 7.0.8.
I’m using EDD version 2.6.8 – 2.6.10 for testing,
But the results still same old.

In the same environment (CSV File, PHP Version) I’m testing with WooCommerce. The results are always correct.
