I completely agree @rseditorial, the FAQ listed was not helpful to troubleshoot HOW to fix the issue. I will try the fix you suggested! <3

I am not a designer, so sometimes I need step by step instructions haha! :S

Yes, it does show the Sender’s message was sent successfully text.
