 * I have installed the updated AMP module Google provided and am experiencing no
problems with the PDF Embed plugin. Everything seems to be working fine. So yes,
I believe this is resolved assuming those who experience a similar problem can
find the above link to this new module.

 * I just received this from Gethub:
 * “Please download and install [AMP support/compatibility for WordPress PDF Embedder](https://github.com/milindmore22/amp-pdf-embedder-compat),
you just need to activate it, no settings needed.
 * “You can check the demo of the same plugin [here] ([https://plugins.dev6.rt.gw/2021/04/pdf-embedder-test/?amp](https://plugins.dev6.rt.gw/2021/04/pdf-embedder-test/?amp))”

 * Thank you, Ben. The response this morning has been entirely different. Let me

 * I guess I should have been a little bit more specific. I would like to be able
to control the second, third, fourth level etc indentation so that the numbers
align to the start of the text at the previous level.

1.1 Level Two 2 Level One    2.1 Level Two    2.2 Level Two

 * QUICK ANSWER FOR THOSE SEARCHING:
 * Based on my personal experience, in the “TinyMCE Advanced” to “Advanced Editor
Tools” plugin under Advanced Options, uncheck “Add Classic Paragraph block” and
the problem vanishes (after you replace all of your Classic Paragraph blocks
WHICH MAKES USING “CONVERT TO BLOCKS” WITH THIS BOX CHECKED A ONE-WAY STREET
YOU MAY NOT WANT TO GO DOWN.
 * Contrary to the following paragraph, I found I could configure the TinyMCE toolbar
as before when I worked in the Classic Editor and do everything I was doing then
in the new Classic block. I mean no disrespect for the developer is saying this.
 * “The Classic Paragraph block includes the familiar TinyMCE editor and is an extended
and enhanced Classic block. You can add multiple paragraphs, tables, galleries,
embed video, set fonts and colors, and generally use everything that is available
in the Classic Editor. Also, like the Classic block, most existing TinyMCE plugins
and add-ons will continue to work. This makes the Block Editor more familiar,
easier to use, easier to get used to, and more compatible with your existing
   workflow.”
 * With that box unchecked, it is not only safe but highly desirous to check the
following ” Make the Classic Paragraph or Classic block the default block (hybrid
mode)” box. At that point, you have all of the advantages of the old paradigm,
including first and foremost TinyMCE and the added bonus of spacer blocks, etc.
   in the block editor.
 * Andrew,
 * Thank you so much for responding. I have resolved this issue but want to respond
for the sake of others. For this reason, I think this post needs to be somewhere.
I rarely reach out for help like this, so would appreciate help moving it to
another forum. It is not immediately obvious to me how to do this. People will
be searching for “THIS BLOCK HAS ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR AND CANNOT BE PREVIEWED”.
 * This was particularly vexing for me because I was changing from a relatively
unsophisticated WordPress theme to Astra and at the same time taking the much-
dreaded step from the Classic Editor to the Block Editor.
 * Answers to your questions:
 * 1. If it is a random error, are there any common factors that seem to trigger
   it?
 * None that I could identify, except that it did not take long for a Classic Paragraph
to start to fail. The page would still generate properly, so I could just copy
the text from the displayed page and create a new Classic Paragraph. But then
after a few uses, it would fail again. The problem became a show-stopper when
this happened to my entire sitemap. All the work in the sitemap is in the HTML
and CANNOT be copied from the displayed page. This is what forced my hand.
 * 2. Does it happen only with older posts or does it happen when you start a new
post and then go back to editing it?
 * Semantics, but I only have pages and all of them are very old. However, the recreated
Classic Paragraph blocks were of course new.
 * 3. Could you copy the whole Classic Paragraph block’s HTML and paste it in a
comment on the thread. The HTML can be accessed from the dotdotdot menu in the
very top/right corner and selecting “Code editor”. Please copy everything between
   the block markers: <!– wp:tadv/classic-paragraph –> and <!– /wp:tadv/classic-
   paragraph –> including the markers.
 * Yes, I still have pages that were converted before I turned off the Classic Paragraph
   option.
 * Right now this displays in the editor with the message that “Your site doesn’t
include support for the “tadv/classic-paragraph” block. Were I to turn on Classic
Paragraphs, it most likely would show as “THIS BLOCK HAS ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR
AND CANNOT BE PREVIEWED”. But I cannot be 100% sure of that without making the
change. Respectfully, I lost a lot of sleep over this and have a stable system
for the first time in weeks. I am not willing to turn Classic Paragraphs back
   on for that reason.
 * HERE I WANT TO STRESS THAT ONCE THIS HAPPENED, IT HAPPENER FOR *ALL* OF THE CLASSIC
PARAGRAPH BLOCKS, NOT JUST SOME. This would suggest that the problem is not actually
   something the user is doing.
 * (Yes, I know there are grammatical errors in the following.)
 * <!– wp:tadv/classic-paragraph –>
    <p class=”has-text-align-left”>The question
you should be asking yourself right now is, <span style=”color: #ff0000;”>**What
is the Trump circus hiding?**</span> Make sure you understand what I just asked.
I did not ask what Trump is hiding. I don’t know who helped him get in office
and I do not care. I am neither for nor against him. I have become apolitical
ever since I started to see the bigger picture. What I just asked is why are
people all over the world become embroiled in politics? It’s Trump in the United
States, but it’s [Muslims in Europe](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dehaven/replies/_wp_link_placeholder?output_format=md).
Why are we being so distracted by politics that people who frankly didn’t really
give a damn less than a decade ago are now rioting in the streets as has not
   been seen since the Vietnam War.</p> <!– /wp:tadv/classic-paragraph –>

 * Alas, now I know why I could not find a discussion of this. You just absolutely
made my day. I was editing in the MainWP Boilerplate Extension. The regular Classic
Editor is floating the toolbar as normal. OMG am I relieved. Thank you Joy. I
may not have noticed this without your help. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
