 * Thank you; the 85% scaling isn’t a viable solution unfortunately, as many users
   either don’t know how to find the setting, or are printing from phone where the
   option is not available, so I’ve revered to creating PDF’s for now.
 * It would be great if this element of your amazing plugin could be optimised further
   in the future.

 * Yes, Ramadhan setting shows it in daily table, but not monthly.
